Episode 163 - Charity Game Show Year 3 (with Nicole)

Our gratitude to everyone who showed up to this years' charity event can not be properly expressed. Everyone who got their friends to show up or donated or donated themselves or even just stopped by to say hey, you all are the reason we were able to hit our goal. Thank you.

Kyle will be doing a livestream to select the person who will choose the color of his beard hair and then both he and Bryce will do a livestream of the process before the beginning of next season. Follow our socials to stay up to date.

Oh and Nicole was our lovely guest for this beautiful event!

Episode 122- Paranormal Activity 3

Kyle doesn't like this movie. He also has no interest in talking about it. So since he's the one who does the descriptions for each, he will instead use this time to talk about the proper way to do preventative maintenance on your garage door.

Every 3 months or so you're going to want to inspect your door. See if the bottom seal fully closing. Make sure the door is aligned properly in the door frame and.... what's that? Oh nobody asked?.... okay.

Episode 87 - Shrek 2

Preheat oven to 400º. Make chicken: Prepare breading station with three large mixing bowls: one bowl with panko, garlic powder, and Parmesan mixed with a fork; another with the egg mixture; and the third bowl with flour. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat each piece of chicken in flour and shake off excess. Dip chicken into egg mixture and then into bread crumb mixture; repeat steps for remaining chicken and set aside on a plate. In a deep cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add 1/4" oil. When pan is hot but not smoking, add chicken. Cook until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Meanwhile, make marinara: In a medium pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft, 4 minutes. Add in tomatoes and water, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and let simmer, 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Pour sauce into a 9"-x-13" baking dish and place chicken in sauce. Top with mozzarella and bake until cheese is melty, 10 to 12 minutes. If desired, broil until cheese is golden, 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Email: roughnightpodcast@gmail.com
